We believe that knowledge comes from experience and experience is something you can only gain over many "hands-on" years.
Training courses are regularly attended so that we know how to correctly install and maintain the products that we recommend.
As added reassurance we also hold full public liability insurance. All our workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from installation. Materials in accordance to the manufacturers own guarantee. In the unlikely event that you do need to call us back within this time, or even after this time, we will be with you as quickly as possible.
We also believe in the policy of each trade to their own, therefore, if there is part of the job that we feel we would not want to undertake, we will always try to help our customer out by getting other trades involved - not only does this ensure good quality workmanship throughout the entire job, it also takes the headache away from you having to locate different trades, not knowing who to use and who not to use and eliminates you having to try to coordinate the different trades involved.
Your Safety in MindWe also take pride in our keeness to promote Health and Safety within the workplace.
Our employees are sent on relevant training courses from Manual Handling and Working at Heights to basic Health and Safety Awareness and First Aid. Personal Protective Equipment is provided for their use.
Short cuts aren't taken just to get a job done - our employees safety and the safety of those around us who may be affected by our work is priority.
We also have a comprehensive H&S Policy which is regularly reviewed and risk assessments are carried out. Health and safety is a fundamental part of running a business especially where the work you carry out could affect others - be it members of the public walking by, our own employees, members of the household we are working in or members of staff within another environment - unfortunately, it is all too easy to overlook the "what ifs", until, that is, something happens.
